Predominantly the 150bhp diesel waterpumps, but even the one on my 1.9 115bhp Stilo JTD was starting to leak at 65,000miles & i've read a few people saying the waterpumps on their 1.3 M-Jet Panda's have started to leak/fail aswell, so i don't think any of the waterpumps are amazing. 4.5 years and (i'm guessing from your original post) around

Hmm.. wish I had gone down the Garrett route for the Bravo now, thought it would cause too many problems steering away from the IHI, i.e. manifold etc. Without the exhaust, it must drop it to around £2.5k right? Already spent over £1.6k on the IHI hybrid from TMC inc install, remap etc so the 900 notes seems a bargain for the extra power gains.
You won't get near or over 200 bhp with the IHI turbo, its just not big enough. I'm just back from England after spending 2 days converting a 500 Abarth to the Garrett GT1446 turbo from Punto SS, full Milltek stainless exhaust, high flow cat, induction kit, remap, uprated oil cooler, uprated water pump. First dyno run made 226.4 bhp and 405nm!
